I have always been a part of the fitness world, whether it be from my own personal goals or helping others achieve their own. I have pursued health and fitness to give my life more structure and increase my productivity. My routine, however, did not go quite to plan; with an injured knee and numerous procedures there was a setback. During hard times, proper nutrition and fitness were not such a key priority, and didn’t help with recovery. Things did change though, I learned the proper nutrition and fitness for myself. The benefits and results rolled in and a passion grew. I have always wanted to help others see what a healthy life can do for not only your body, but your mind too. There is no better feeling than being in tune with your body, the feeling of being one, and focusing on self-improvement. Once you’re confident with yourself, you’re able to accomplish tasks you never thought you were capable of. This is why I fell in love with health and fitness.
